At the Yoga Center of Fresno, beginners may start at any time. We invite you to join us to practice Yoga of The Old Masters Eastern style yoga. Our course is on-going. We teach about eighty postures which are divided into six separate sessions.
If you have experienced yoga videos that are too hard to follow for regular practice, come to the Yoga Center to be instructed in a study course that you can also follow at home.
We are located at the Community United Church of Christ, at 5550 N Fresno Street, between Barstow and Bullard.
