Many yoga instructors teach only thirty postures, or even less, in their courses. This is not enough to move the body's every joint and muscle to its full extent. This movement, and the relaxation that follows, is very important relieve stress stored in the muscles.
To exercise every muscle, gland, and organ, I have chosen eighty yoga postures. These postures are divided
into six sessions (which are recorded on two CD's each). Every session is complete with meditation.
